White Label App

To log in or sign up to the White Label App a password is required. The password is created during sign up to the App.

Guests can update their own passwords via Account Details when logged into the App, this must be configured in iOrder. If logged out of the App, guests can update their passwords via the Forgotten Password link, this will then email the guest with a new password.

Web Loyalty

When a guest signs up to Loyalty (via App or Web) they will be allocated a Loyalty pin. This can be distributed via a registration email triggered from Zonal Loyalty.

Guests who don’t want to use the App can then use the Loyalty Balance widget to check their Loyalty account by logging in with their email address OR phone number OR card number along with their pin.

Pins cannot be changed by guests; this can only be amended with the Loyalty Platform (UI).
